The 'All Sky' camera below will be purchased to automatically record an entire night's view of the sky. It will take a shot every minute or so and put them all together as an animation.
Two newest cameras onsite; Fish-eye sky camera that is driven to follow the stars, and a wildlife camera with motion detection.
We ultimately plan to install a 2 or 3 camera system for 3D data in real time.
Recording methods
With dedicated software from Japan, we will add together the images from two such cameras and create automated 3D data; a similar system that is used on the Mars rovers.
